Where does Haworth Canada ship to?
We currently offer shipping to across all Canadian provinces. Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or internationally at this time.
How long will it take to receive my furniture?
Quick-ship items typically depart our warehouse within 5-10 business days. Custom-made seating or desks may take 4-6 weeks for production and delivery.
What is your return policy for home office products?
We offer a 30-day return window for most products in their original packaging. A restocking fee may apply, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Do Haworth products come with a warranty?
Yes, our products are built to last. Most of our seating and desking solutions are backed by a 12-year, 24/7 use warranty covering parts and labor.
Do I need to assemble my furniture myself?
Many of our chairs ship fully assembled. For desks and larger items, some assembly is required. We provide detailed digital instructions and all necessary hardware in the box.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this window, the order enters our production system and cannot be altered.
